Congratulations to one of our Athletes of the Week: Makena Barnes!
Makena has continued running, practicing drills, participating in CrossFit and doing burst workouts for soccer in her room. She has created her own running schedule and plans and follows work outs for soccer from her middle school coach. She continues to show dedication for her sport even when school is not in session!
