Jason “Wally” L. Washburn age 38 of Forest, died unexpectedly on Feb. 22, 2022. Jason was born Apr. 23, 1983 in Bluffton to Clayton and Nina (George) Washburn who survive in Forest.
Jason is also survived by 2 daughters, Willo Renee, Findlay and Mardi Lynn, Carey, 3 brothers Benjamin (Heidi), Forest, Seth, Findlay, Jordan, Mt Blanchard, 2 sisters Elyse & Shy-Anne, Nashville, TN, paternal grandparents Dean & Bonnie Washburn, Findlay, and an abundance of extended family & friends. Jason will be greatly missed by his 2 daughters and those who loved him.
Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Jason Washburn Memorial Fund in care of Clark Shields Funeral Home 301 S. Patterson St. Forest, OH 45843.
