Three Sentenced in Common Pleas Court

Three people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:
.Jeremy M. Lewis was sentenced to a total of 58 months in prison on one count each of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle with a firearms forfeiture specification, aggravated possession of drugs and theft with a forfeiture specification.
The following two individuals were each placed on five years community control with conditions:
.Jacob R. Phipps on one count of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle with a firearms forfeiture specification.
.Emma J. Zechiel on one count of attempted felonious assault.
All cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
