Three Sentenced in Common Pleas Court

Three people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:
.Derek T. Kavanagh was sentenced to a total of 30 months in prison on one count each of endangering children and voyeurism. He was classified as a Tier I sex offender.
The following two individuals were each placed on five years community control with conditions:
.John C. Hill Jr. on one count of possession of drugs.
.Angela G. Hopson on two counts of forgery and one count of theft.
All cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
