State Fire Marshal’s Office Accepting Applications for Loan Program

The Ohio Department of Commerce’s Division of State Fire Marshal opened applications for the 2023 Small Government Fire Department Services Revolving Loan Program.
The program was established by the General Assembly to help local governments fund major expenses related to fire department services.
The revolving loan can be used to purchase major firefighting, rescue, or EMS equipment or to construct or renovate fire department buildings.
This loan is designed to provide financial assistance to local governments that have limited financial resources to invest in their fire departments.
