Locally heavy rain may lead to some minor flooding today.
The wind speed will increase as we go through the afternoon.
Winds may gust as high 40 mph later this afternoon and into the evening.
Gusty winds will continue on Thursday especially during the afternoon into the early evening, when winds may gust to 45 mph.
