OSU Marion Presents 5 Nights on Campus Concert

The Ohio State University at Marion’s Five Nights on Campus performing arts series welcomes No Promises Vocal Band to Morrill Hall Auditorium, Thursday, April 11, at 7:30 p.m.

No Promises is a professional a cappella ensemble bringing exhilarating vocals and breathtaking harmonizations to popular favorites of jazz, Motown and adult contemporary music. The group is has entertained at festivals, concert series, conventions and concert halls throughout the state, and recently released its second studio album, All Wet. Its members have performed across North America with theatrical tours, graced the stages of Broadway, fronted major symphony orchestras, and backed the likes of Jim Messina, Steve Winwood, Kenny Loggins and Poco.

No Promises annual holiday tours draw thousands of music lovers to enjoy selections from the group’s seasonal record, A No Promises Christmas. In their day-to-day lives, the men of No Promises are clinical psychologists, theatrical talent buyers, real estate developers and professional actors with a passion for fine a cappella singing.

The members of the group include are Joshua Steele (resident of Pleasant Ridge), Charlie Harper (Anderson Township), David Baum (Montgomery), Jeff Grooms (Cold Spring, KY), Matt Croy (Findlay, OH), and Nat Comisar (Indian Hill).

All Five Nights on Campus performances begin at 7:30 p.m. in Morrill Hall Auditorium. Doors open at 7 p.m. All tickets are general seating. Ticket prices remain unchanged for the upcoming year. Individual performances are priced at $10 general admission, $9 for seniors (60 and up), $4 for students, (grades k-12, and college), and $8 for campus faculty and staff.
