ODOT District 1 Ready For Winter

This past week, District 1 of the Ohio Department of Transportation completed its annual inspection of the truck and loader fleet in each of its eight county garages in preparation for winter.
According to a post on their Facebook page, they have 118 trucks ready to go, as well as over 47,000 tons of salt, and 292,000 gallons of liquid deicer to begin the season.
District 1 of ODOT covers Allen, Defiance, Hancock, Hardin, Paulding, Putnam, Van Wert and Wyandot counties in northwest Ohio.
