James “Jim” Edwin Jolliff 85
Funeral Services for James “Jim” Edwin Jolliff will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Mt. Victory with Pastor David Kiper officiating. Burial will follow at Byhalia Cemetery. Friends and family may visit 2 hours prior to services at the funeral home.
Jim passed away on Saturday, April 16, 2022 at the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. He was born on August 27, 1936 in Byhalia to the late Harland and Erma (Kelsey) Jolliff. He married Beverly Beair on October 13, 1956 and she survives in Byhalia.
Also surviving are 2 daughters; Sherry (Larry) Sparks of Woodstock , Juliann (Brad) Corbin of Mt. Victory, 1 son; Tim Jolliff of Marion, 4 sisters; Kay (Edward) Dotson of Marysville, Bev (Dave) Selover of Florida, LuAnn (Brian) Swinehart of Marion, Kim Jolliff of Marysville, 1 brother; Lynn Jolliff of Florida, 7 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Jim was preceded in death by 1 son; Jimmy Jolliff.
He was a member of the Berea Baptist Church in Kenton.
Jim owned and operated Marion Radiator for 19 years, worked for BF Goodrich for 13 years and worked for the family business in Byhalia; the Jolliff Hardware Store. He was a jack of all trades and very handy. Jim was a hard worker and could fix anything and when he wasn’t working on a project he was very involved with the church. He was a wonderful husband and father that will be truly missed.
