of Kenton
Funeral services for Debra J. Kendall will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at the Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton with Rev. Joe D. Scott Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at Norman Cemetery. Friends and family may visit 2 hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
Debra died on Friday, December 9, 2022 at the Marion General Hospital. She was born on December 25,1951 in Kenton to the late Brice and Ruth (Wadle) Hensley.
Surviving are 1 daughter; Molli (Travis) Nickles of Lima, 2 stepdaughters; Amanda Scott of Kenton, Brooke Scott of Columbus, 1 brother; Bruce (Kathleen) Hensley of Kenton, 5 grandchildren; Kendall (Shelby) Hatcher of Lima, Madison (Jacob) Sherrick, Mallori Hatcher, Katie Kriegel, Reese Kriegel, 2 step granddaughters; Taylor Nickles, Aleena Nickles, 2 great grandchildren; Evelynn Hatcher, Maverey Hatcher and 3 nieces and nephews; Brice (Valerie) Hensley of Bellefontaine, Derek Hensley of Kenton and Tiffany (Drew) Snow of Rushsylvania.
She was preceded in death by her daughter; Melissa Kriegel, a brother; Donald Hensley and longtime boyfriend; Donald Scott.
Debra loved listening to music and dancing around. She truly loved spending time with her friends and family and her dog Bella.
Memorial donations in Debra’s honor can be made to the American Heart Association.
