Medical Helicopter Lands on SR 309 to Transport Patient

A medical emergency forced a Life Flight Helicopter to land on State Route 309 Thursday night.
Emergency crews were dispatched around 9:30pm to the 12,000 block of State Route 309 on a report of unresponsive male.
The helicopter was requested to transport the man to an undisclosed hospital.
309 in that the area was closed for around a half hour for the helicopter to land and take off.
Assistance was provided at the scene by the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office and the Kenton Fire Department.
