The average price for a gallon of gas slipped below $4 a gallon in several counties around our region.

That included in Hardin County where according to AAA the average is at $3.93 a gallon today.

That is the cheapest average price in our region.

The highest average in our region is in Marion County at $4.07 a gallon.

The average price in the State of Ohio is $4.01.

The National average is at $4.25 a gallon.
