Four Sentenced Recently in Common Pleas Court

Four people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:
.Jimmy L. Harpel was sentenced to two years in prison on one count of operating a vehicle while under the influence.
The following three individuals were each placed on five years community control with conditions:
.Wesley M. Brown on one count each of safecracking and possessing criminal tools.
.Trent L. Toomey on one count of breaking and entering.
. Salena R. Freytag on one count of misuse of a credit card.
All cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
