City Opens Bids for Water Main Trunk Line Project

City of Kenton Safety Service Director Cindy Murray presided over a bid opening for the water main trunk line replacement project Thursday afternoon.

 

Four bids were received:

 

.Beaverdam Contracting for $449,935

 

.Degen Excavating for $393,500

 

.Driven Excavating for $377,030

 

.Park Enterprise Construction for $681,616

 

The engineer’s estimated cost for the project is $481,180.

 

The bids were taken under advisement.
