The Kenton Girls 8th Grade Volleyball fell to St. Marys Memorial High School 2-0 on Tuesday. The Wildcats got off to a slow start losing the 1st set 7-25 but bounced back in set 2 to get to 23-24 before losing the final point. The next match will be Thursday September 16 with Indian Lake.

There will a basketball open gym tonight (September 14) at Hardin Northern. That will be held from 8 until 9 this evening at the Junior High Gym. It is for students in grades 7-12 who do not play football.

The Kenton High School Girls Varsity Golf falls to Riverside High School edged the Kenton High School Girls Varsity Golf team Monday. The final was 209-283. What a great senior night to celebrate Lily James’ golfing career at KCS. Abi Mustain led the team with a 66.

The boys team hosted Defiance in a WBL match. The Kenton High School Boys Varsity Golf team losts to Defiance High School 163-188 on Monday Noah Ketcham earned co-medalist turning in a round of (40). Followed by Grady Baum (49), Stone Sauber (48) and Max Haushalter (51).

The Kenton High School Girls Varsity Tennis team fell to Shawnee High School 5-0 on Monday. The one bright spot for the Wildcats was freshman duo Lilly Carmen and Lydia Lambert at second doubles who won four games in the first set. The Wildcats will host River Valley on Wednesday.
