Body of Missing Allen County Boy Found in Pond Near His Home

The body of a missing Allen County boy with autism was found Sunday afternoon in a body of water not far from his home.

The Allen County Sheriff’s said that 8 year old Matthew Converse went missing around midnight Saturday night and a search ensued.

He was found around 3:30 Sunday afternoon.

The investigation into his disappearance and subsequent death will continue.

No other information is being released at this time.
