The McGuffey Memories Historical Society will sponsor Brunch with the Easter Bunny on Saturday April 1. It will be served from 9:30 until 10:30 that morning at the McGuffey Community Center on Courtright Street in the village. The meal consists of french toast sticks, sausage and scrambled eggs along with milk, orange juice or water.

A recent accident handled by the Batavia Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol took an ironic twist. The patrol received a call about a reckless vehicle on State Route 32.
