West Mansfield Teen Arrested on Sex Offense

A teenager from West Mansfield was arrested Wednesday a sex related charge.
WPKO Radio reported that 18 year old Zachary Barnes was arrested Wednesday afternoon on charges of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
He allegedly climbed onto the roof where the 13 year old female victim lived and entered her room and is accused of touching her inappropriately multiple times.
The incidents reportedly have happened over the past month.
Barnes was taken to the Logan County Jail on the charges.
