Rushsylvania 18 Year Old Charged with Rape

A Rushsylvania teenager has been charged with a felony count of rape.
The Bellefontaine Examiner reported that 18 year old Jacob A.R. Smith was arrested at his home by deputies from the Logan County Sheriff’s Office after a search warrant was executed Monday morning.
The sexual assault case dates back to early December 2019.
Smith was transported to the Logan County Jail on a felony count of rape.
The case remains under investigation.
