Marjorie Overly, age 78 of St. Petersburg, Florida formerly of Ridgeway died on September 13th, 2019.

Memorial services for Marjorie Kay Overly will be held at The Ridgeway Church of Christ on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at 12:00 P.M. with Pastor Corey Savage officiating. Burial of cremains will follow at Miami Cemetery in Rushsylvania. Friends and family may visit 2 hours prior to services at the church. The Price-McElroy Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

She died at her residence in St. Petersburg, Florida on September 13, 2019. She was born on April 4, 1941 in Smithville, Ohio to the late Donald and Winifred (Kerns) Berry. On September 4, 1959 she married David Overly and he preceded her in death on February 25, 2013.
Surviving are a daughter; Lorena (Eric) Rice of Troy, 2 sons; Steven (Sandy) Overly of Mt. Victory, Garret Overly of Mt. Victory, a sister; Patricia Robb of Bellefontaine, 3 brothers; Thomas (Judy) Berry of Minneapolis, MN, Timothy (Betty) Berry of Bellefontaine, Russel (Nancy) Berry of Holiday, FLA, 7 grandchildren; Tyler (Mandy) Overly, Craig (Beth) Overly, Reese (Grace) Overly, Aric Overly, Sarah Royer, Emily (Michael) Ringle, Angie Rice, 5 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a infant great-grandson; Gage Steven Overly.
Marjorie was a homemaker in every sense of the word. She enjoyed baking, quilting, cross stitching and spending time with her family. She also worked as a school cook for the Ridgemont Schools for a number of years. She was a member of the Ridgeway Church of Christ. As part of the church she enjoyed the travel group that would travel all over. She loved to travel and see new things.
