Obituary For Anna M. Vaughan

Anna M. Vaughan, 94 of Kenton passed away on Sunday, April 5, 2020. She
as born in Kenton on November 14, 1925 to the late Carl and Vermella
(Miller) Swanigan. Anna married Virgil Vaughan on November 22, 1945 and
he preceded her in death on November 5, 2007. She is survived by a
daughter, Cheryl (Dan) Reese of Ada, six grandchildren; Darren Reese,
Karen (Jon) Bash, Michael (Cathi) Bolling, Michelle (Randy) Williams,
Ellen (Rob) Myers, Cassandra (Bill) Legge and six great grandchildren;
Anasia, Rebecca, Sarah, Sydney, Caden and Hanna. Mrs. Vaughan was
preceded in death by two daughers; Sandra K. Vaughan and Valerie Bolling
and two brothers; Bill and Carl Swanigan. Anna served her country proudly
in the U.S. Navy during WWII. She was a life member of the Kenton VFW Post
3333 Ladies Aux and the Kenton Amvets Post 20. Anna enjoyed playing Bingo
and collecting dolls. A graveside memorial service will be held at a
later date at Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions
can be made in memory of Anna to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements
