LCSO: Scammers Impersonating Logan County Commissioners

Individuals impersonating Logan County Commissioners have been contacting citizens in Logan County.
The scam was first reported to the Logan County Sheriff’s Office last week.
The scammers have been requesting personal information and monetary donations.
Logan County Commissioners are not soliciting the information or donations.
To help guard against fraud and identity theft, residents are advised to not give any personal information over the phone or through social media.
