Five Sentenced in Common Pleas Court

Five people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

 

According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:

 

.Robert S. Dyer Jr. was sentenced to a prison term of 60 days mandatory and 18 months non-mandatory on one count of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence.

 

The following four individuals were each placed on five years community control with conditions:

 

.Amanda N. Vermillion on one count of tampering with evidence

 

.Kara S. Fry on one count of theft

 

.William L. Chamberlain on one count of tampering with evidence

 

.Gregory L. Risner on one count each of tampering with evidence and receiving stolen property.

 

All cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
