ODOT Construction Season Begins

This week, the Ohio Department of Transportation officially kicks off the 2023 Construction Season across the state. 

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, there were 4,628 work zone-related crashes in Ohio last year.

There were also 133 ODOT crews struck while working along Ohio’s roads. 

Motorists are encouraged to make it a habit to move over or slow down when you see orange barrels this year.
