Obituary for Earl Morris Lowe

Earl Morris Lowe, age 91, went to his Heavenly home on Tuesday, February 7, 2023. He
passed away at Hardin Memorial Hospital after a short battle with cancer. Morris was born to the late John and Marjorie (Parthemore) Lowe on March 26, 1931. He married June Pember on February 9, 1958. She preceded him in death on May 2, 2002. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Cynthia, and a son, Edwin Lowe; brothers, Neil (Jeannie) Lowe, Richard (Suzanne) Lowe, and Ted (Rosalie) Lowe; and sister, Joan (David) Kerns and grandson, Cody Trent. Morris married Marilyn Hord on May 20, 2020, and she survives.

Morris was a semi-truck driver and a farmer for many years. He will be remembered as a
man of few words, twinkling eyes, quick smile, and a heart for God and his family. Morris
was a Veteran of the United States Army. Morris attended Christian Missionary Alliance in
Kenton, OH.

Morris is survived by his children; Aldon (Cheryl) Lowe, Mark (Karla) Lowe,
Philip (Darla) Lowe all of Kenton, OH, and Randy Lowe of Findlay, OH; step-children, Tonya (Gary) Rogers, Deanna (Ron) Jones, Lee Wagner; grandchildren, Heather Mewhorter, Chelsea (Dylon) Perkins, Wade (Kassandra) Trent, Kari (David) Ross, Samantha Lowe, and Katelyn Lowe; great grandchildren, Dylon Ross, Devon Ross, Kaeli Ross, Paige Trent, Kyler Trent, Addison Perkins, Journey and Joey Mewhorter; as well as six step-grandchildren and sixteen step-great grandchildren. Morris is also survived by four sisters: Wilma Jean (Richard – deceased) Cline of Sandusky, OH, Doris (George -deceased) Libben of Port Clinton, OH, Brenda (Larry – deceased) Andrews of Wapakoneta, OH, and Marilyn (Larry deceased) Kindle of Ada, OH, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 10, 2023 from 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Christian Missionary Alliance, 15436 OH-309, Kenton, OH and one hour (10-11 AM) prior to the funeral service on Saturday. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2023 at 11:00 am at Christian Missionary Alliance, Kenton, OH with Pastor Tom Hanks officiating.  Burial will follow in Grove Cemetery.
