Minor Injuries Reported in Two Crashes on Wednesday

Information has been provided on two crashes that occurred this past Wednesday.

According to the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office, the first happened at around 10:45 Wednesday morning on Township Road 114 at State Route 53.

Jacob Lemaster of Ada was driving southwest on 53 when he lost control of the vehicle causing it to slide on the wet pavement.

The vehicle spun around and hit a telephone pole on the rear driver’s side.

Lemaster was transported to the hospital for treatment of possible injuries.

He was cited for failure to maintain reasonable control.

Assisting at the scene were: the Kenton Police Department, Kenton Fire Department, BKP Ambulance District, McGuffey Fire Department and Route 31 Towing.

Around 5 minutes later, emergency crews were dispatched to the area of County Road 15 and County Road 60.

Hanna Lee, of rural Ada, lost control of her vehicle while driving north on 15.

The vehicle ended up off the road and struck a tree.

Lee was treated at the scene.

Minich’s Truck Repair towed the vehicle from the scene.

Assisting at the scene were Ada Liberty Fire Department, Ada Liberty EMS and Minnich’s Towing.
