Logan County Woman Arrested on Rape Charges

A West Liberty woman was arrested Thurday on three counts of rape.
WPKO Radio reported that 27 year old Cleva Blair is accused of sexually assaulting a boy under the age of 13 in August and September of this year.
An investigation was launched by the West Liberty Police Department after they were notified by Logan County Children’s Services in late September.
The Logan County Sheriff’s Office is assisting in the on-going investigation.
Blair was transported to the Logan County Jail.
