Lions Discuss Planning and Updates on Fundraisers at March Meeting

The Kenton Lions club held its meeting on Wednesday March 1, 2023, at the Kenton Elks.
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm by Lion President Bill Keller with 19 members present. President Lion Bill Keller led with the pledge and the prayer.
The meeting was adjourned and reconvened at 6:58 pm following a meal.
Planning and updates on upcoming fund raising projects were provided to members.
Fundraisers include Banner Program, Golf Outing, and Broom sales.
Third reading of new officers was conducted.
Discussion took place regarding community project to clean up and landscape around the Welcome signs on SR 309, 31 and 68 N.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:39 pm. Followed by the singing of the Lions Roar.
50/50 drawing was won by Lion Kevin McPherson.
