Average Gas Prices Closing in on Record Highs

The National average price for a gallon of gas is closing in on a record high as we start this week.
According to AAA, the National average is at $4.06 a gallon today.
The record high is 4.11 a gallon set in July of 2008.
The average price in Hardin County is $3.80 a gallon.
The cheapest average price in our region is in Marion County at $3.77.
The highest price is Union County’s $3.92 a gallon.
The average price in the State of Ohio is $3.83.
The record high price for the state is $4.15 a gallon set in May of 2011.
