First place in the Western Buckeye League will be on the line Friday when the Kenton Wildcats host the Ottawa-Glandorf Titans.

The Titans are 7-1 overall and are alone atop the WBL with a 7-0 league mark.

The Wildcats are 6-2 overall and 6-1 in league play and can move into a first-place tie with a win over the Titans at Robinson Field.

A victory would also provide a big boost to Kenton’s playoff chances. The Wildcats are currently fifth in the latest Division IV, Region 16 computer ratings, with the top eight teams in each region qualifying for the postseason.

WKTN will have all the action live from Robinson Field Friday night, with the pregame show starting at 6:30 p.m. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.
