Victims of Allen County Plane Crash Identified

The victims of a plane crash that killed two people in Allen County late last week have been identified.
According to a release from the Allen County Sheriff’s Office, the pilot was identified as 65 year old Steven D. Niemann. The lone passenger was 50 year old Tracey A. Harttnett. Both were from Bellevue, Iowa.
The crash occurred June 20 and involved a single engine, fixed-wing aircraft.
The plane went down in a field near the intersection of Tudor Road and Sandy Point Road near Gomer in Allen County.
The crash remains under investigation.
