USV Student Tests Positive for COVID-19

Written by on October 29, 2020

A student of the Upper Scioto Valley School District has tested positive for COVID-19.

The district was informed this morning and the Hardin County Health Department was contacted immediately.

Since the student in question has not been in school this week, there are no contacts that could have happened at school.

The school reminds parents that if their child or anyone in your home should develop symptoms, call your primary care provider or the Hardin County Health Department.

You should not send your child to school or to activities when they are ill.

The district is also asking residents to continue to wear face coverings in public and to practice social distancing.
