Two People Sentenced Recently in Common Pleas Court

Two people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

 

According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office, the following two individuals were each placed on five years community control with conditions:

 

.Charles P. Crowe on four counts of attempted felonious assault, two counts of possession of heroin and one count of operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He must pay just over $14,000 in restitution to the victim.

 

.Crystal A. Davis on two counts of theft from a person in a protected class and tampering with evidence.

 

Both cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
