Two Injured in Hit/Skip Crash in Findlay

A hit/skip accident occurred in Findlay Monday night.
According to the report from the Findlay Police Department, A Chevrolet Trail Blazer ran a red light while travelling east on West Trenton Avenue.
The Trail Blazer continued eastbound after it struck a 2013 Volkswagen GTI. The driver then parked the vehicle and fled the area on foot.
The driver of the Volkswagen, 22 year old Garrett Schrum, of Findlay, and a passenger, 22 year old Cassidy Carey, of Granville, were both transported to Blanchard Valley Hospital for treatment of suspected minor injuries.
The driver of the Trail Blazer is still being sought, and the crash remains under investigation.
