Two Arrested on Warrants Over Holiday Weekend

Two people were arrested on warrants over the weekend.

 

According to the Kenton Police Department reports, one occurred at Village Pantry where police were called to assist the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office.

 

Deputies arrested 55 year old Kimberly Acton at that location on the warrant through the police department.

 

Acton was turned over the custody of a Kenton police officer and was transported to the Multi-County Jail in Marion.

 

Officers received a tip about a male subject with an active warrant out of the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office located at Scioto Village Apartment.

 

35 year old James Powell was arrested on the warrant.
