Two Arrested Monday in Two Separate OVI Incidents

Two Hardin County women were arrested in separate events Monday involving driving under the influence.

 

According to the reports from the Kenton Police Department, the first took place at just after 3 in the afternoon when officers were dispatched to the Sunoco gas station located at 311 South Main Street in reference to a possible overdose.

 

Through the investigation it was determined the driver, identified as Emily Freshcorn, age 27 of Kenton,  was under the influence while in control of a motor vehicle. 

 

She was arrested and charged with physical control of a motor vehicle while under the influence.

 

Then at just after 6 in the evening, an officer conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of West Columbus Street and North Market Street.

 

The driver, identified as Mariah Tillman, 20 of Ada, was arrested for Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated.  

 

She was also cited for no operator’s license.
