Two Arrested Following Traffic Stop in Logan County

A driver and a passenger in a car that was stopped in Logan County Wednesday afternoon.

The Bellefontaine Examiner reported that a car driven by 27 year old Max Morrison, of Lima, was stopped, and when officers said they saw the driver throw something black into the back seat area.

 

A search of the vehicle was conducted at the consent of the driver, and a black cell phone was located, and two folded pieces of paper with a white powder that tested positive for cocaine, were found inside the case of the phone.

 

Morrison was arrested and charged with possession of drugs.

 

A passenger, his 29 year old sister Jenna Morrison, of Lakeview, was also arrested on a warrant from Union County.
