Three Sentenced Recently in Common Pleas Court

Three people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

 

According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:

 

.Timothy E, Clark was sentenced to a total of 33 months in prison on three counts of breaking and entering.

 

.Jeffrey D. Lissler was sentenced to 30 months in prison on one count of having weapons while under disability.

 

.Adam C. Howell was placed on five years community control with conditions on one count each of aggravated trafficking in drugs, trafficking in fentanyl-related compound and possession of fentanyl-related compound.

 

All cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
