Three Sentenced Recently in Common Pleas Court

Three people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

 

According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office, the following three individuals were each placed on five years community control with conditions:

 

.Caleb C. Critchfield on two counts of trafficking in heroin in the vicinity of a school or juvenile, three counts of aggravated possession of drugs and one count each of aggravated trafficking in drugs in the vicinity of a school or juvenile and trafficking in counterfeit controlled substances in the vicinity of school or juvenile.

 

.Joshua M. VanAtta on one count each of aggravated possession of drugs, trafficking in heroin and possession of heroin

 

.Freddie D. Jenkins on one count each of disrupting public services and domestic violence

 

All cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
