Theft of Package from Apartment Doorstep Reported Tuesday

A theft was reported to Kenton police on Tuesday.
According to the report, officers were dispatched to an apartment building in the 300 block of North Detroit Street in reference to the incident.
A resident said a male wearing a grey sweatshirt and black pants stole a box containing unknown items from a doorstep at an apartment.
The suspect then ran downstairs, and the caller believes the suspect ran into another apartment.
The incident is under investigation.
