Ruth Jones

Ruth Jones, 71 of Findlay formerly of Kenton, passed away on Wednesday, February 6, 2019. She was born on August 17, 1947 in Kenton to the late Orville Lloyd and Crystal Dodds.
Ruth married Larry A. Jones and he preceded her in death on May 19, 2005. She is survived by her daughter, Jeannette (David) Altvater of Fostoria, daughter-in-law, Jody Jones of Findlay, sisters; Sandy Kaylor, Sue (Pete) Dickinson, Joyce (Ron) Rogers all of Kenton, brother-in-law, Tom Wilcox, grandchildren: Kristoffer Jones, Dylan Strohl. Megan Strohl, Monique Altvater and a great grandchild, Mei Seibert.
Mrs. Jones was also preceded in death by her son, Charles Jones, sisters: Beverly Wilcox, Shirley Shick and brother-in-law, Elmer Kaylor. Ruth enjoyed camping and boating with her husband and family.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 10, 2019 from 1:00 -4:00 p.m. at the SCHINDEWOLF-STOUT-CRATES FUNERAL HOME.
A funeral service will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, February 11, 2019 at the funeral home with Pastor Dave Dooley officiating. Burial will follow in Grove Cemetery.
