Patrol Charges a Marion Man with 5th OVI Offense

Marion – Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers have charged a Marion man with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, he has four prior OVI convictions .
On December 29,2019, Dan K. Lust was stopped for a marked lanes violation on Church St. in the City of Marion.
Troopers observed signs of impairment and he was subsequently arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
Lust was arraigned in the Marion Municipal Court on December 30, 2019 , and entered a plea of not guilty.
