OhioMeansJobs Hardin County Re-Opening by Appointment

KENTON, OH – The OhioMeansJobs Hardin County announced today that the Job Center will re-open by appointment ONLY starting Monday, June 15th.

Only three customers will be allowed in the center at one time to follow social distancing guidelines. To schedule an appointment please call 419-674-2312.

Please review the safety guidelines below before coming in:

.Facial coverings will be REQUIRED of all customers

.Must use hand sanitizer and complete a brief questionnaire

.Temperature will be taken by a touch free thermometer before entering the center

“Thank you for being patient as we navigate these new challenges,” stated John Folk, Director of Hardin County Job and Family Services. “The safety of our customers and our staff are of the upmost importance.”

OhioMeansJobs Hardin County center offers services to adult, dislocated worker, youth, and employers. Job seekers can take advantage of our resource room with job searching, resume assistance, interview assistance, job skills training and more. Some services may require eligibility determination. Employers can receive assistance in job posting, open interviews, On-The-Job training, Incumbent Work training to name a few.

The OhioMeansJobs Hardin County staff can assist and guide you on opening a new unemployment claim or filing your weekly claim but specific questions about your unemployment insurance benefits are handled at the state level.
