ODOT Announces Several Area Road Projects

Several road construction projects will impact travel in the area over the next couple of weeks.
According to the District 1 Office of the Ohio Department of Transportation:
.State Route 31 between the city of Kenton and the Union County line will have lane restrictions for the installation of centerline rumble strips. Beginning Saturday, Aug. 8, work to remove pavement reflectors will begin, with the installation of the rumble strips to follow. Once underway, work is expected to be completed within two weeks.
.State Route 67 resurfacing between the city of Kenton and State Route 235, near the village of Roundhead, is complete. Finish work will continue through the work zone with minimal impact to traffic.
.State Route 292 between County Road 190 and County Road 200, about four miles south of the city of Kenton, will close August 10 for approximately five days for a culvert replacement.
