Services for William “Bill” Haudenschield will be private. The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton is assisting the family with arrangements.
He died on Thursday, May 7, 2020 at the Memorial Hospital of Union County in Marysville. He was born on January 29, 1963 in Kenton to Evelyn (Tracy) Haudenschield of Kenton and the late Leonard “Gene” Haudenschield.
Surviving are a daughter; Emily Haudenschield of Marysville, 3 son’s; Matthew (Jessica) Haudenschield of Kenton, Shane (Jami Lindsey) Haudenschield of Delaware, Clint (Kennedy) Haudenschield of Richwood, 6 sisters; Janet Elliott of LaRue, Evie (Joe) Carter of Georgetown, S.C., Martha (Ed) Skeens of Kenton, Mary (John) Roberts of Kenton, Karen (Hershell) Baker of Alger, Lisa Drumm of Rome, G.A., 2 brothers; Charles “Chuck” Haudenschield of Kenton, Don (Amy) Haudenschield of LaRue. 6 grandchildren; Conner, Xander, Olivia, Arabella, Leighton, Harper, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Bill was a 1981 graduate of Hardin Northern High School.
He followed in the footsteps of the family business of shearing sheep. He owned and operated Haudenschield and Sons Sheep Shearing. He was a former member and past president of the Hardin County Sheep Shearers Association. When he wasn’t working, Bill would be fishing, watching WWE wrestling and had a love for trucks. Bill’s true passion was his family, and enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the donor’s choice.
