New Bremen Defeats Ridgemont 64-53

The New Bremen Cardinals defeated the Ridgemont Golden Gophers 64-53 in Division IV boys basketball sectional tournament play Wednesday at St. Marys.
The Cardinals (13-10) got 22 points from Nolan Bornhorst while Dan Homan and Patrick Wells added 10 markers each.
The Golden Gophers (15-8) were led by Landon Newland, who scored 19 points. Mason Stuck scored 13 points for Ridgemont.
