Marion Man Pleads Guilty to Rape Charges Involving 4 Year Old Girl

A man from Marion pleaded guilty Tuesday on two felony counts of rape.
The Marion Star reported 41 year old Steven C. Hardin was originally charged with three counts of rape. The third count was dismissed as part of plea deal.
The charges are connected to the rape of a four year girl in early December of 2018.
Hardin was the boyfriend of the girl’s babysitter.
He faces a possible life in prison sentence.
