Marion Man Facing Tenth Charge of OVI

A Marion man was arrested back over the weekend for operating a motor vehicle under the influence.

 

According to a release from the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Larry L. Kitts, who has nine prior OVI convictions, was stopped on Main Street in Marion for traveling left of center.

 

Troopers observed signs of impairment, and Kitts was arrested.

 

A complaint for the felony charge of OVU has been filed, and a preliminary hearing has been scheduled for February 14.
