Marion Man Facing Seventh Count of OVI Following Recent Arrest

Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers arrested a Marion man earlier this month for operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
He has six prior OVI convictions.
William S. Smith was involved in a one vehicle non-injury crash on State Route 98 in Scott Township, Marion County.
Troopers observed signs of impairment and he was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
A request for Felony OVI charges have been submitted to the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office.
