Man Arrested Following Incident on CR 209 Thursday

A rural Mt. Victory man was taken into custody following an incident in the 16,000 block of County Road 209 Thursday morning.
According to information from Hardin County Sheriff Keith Everhart, deputies went to the address for a well being check on a female at the residence.
While there, deputies were told a man, who had active warrants from Logan County, was inside the house.
The man, identified as Richard Stover, was ordered to come out of the house, but he refused.
Deputies entered and found Stover hiding in the attic.
He was transported to Logan County on the warrants
Local charges are pending, according to Sheriff Everhart.
